Will Andrews – Founder
Will began his career in residential construction in 1985, following experiences with two large commercial contractors. After a decade of tremendous growth as a sole proprietor, he transitioned the business into a limited liability corporation (LLC) and opted for a new approach. Instead of the traditional business model, Will brought his commercial management experiences into the specialized custom home building arena and radically changed the building experience into a customer service based, team-oriented operation.
Will is a Nashville native who graduated from David Lipscomb High School. He then graduated from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and later received graduate credits from Christ Church in Oxford, England. Will is an avid pilot and golfer.
Jody Cummings – Owner & President
Jody joined the company in 2006, upon moving back to Nashville after three years in the Bahamas working for an international resort development company. In addition to managing the company’s day-to-day operations, sales and marketing, Jody is heavily involved in estimating and project management. Jody has been in residential construction since 1998, with experience ranging from building materials sales, to small and midsize renovation, to large-scale residential resort development.
Jody is a Nashville native and a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife Mary Britton have four young children.
Malorie Herbert – Office Manager
Malorie is responsible for the day-to-day office administration, invoicing, and payroll, as well as her duties as Executive Assistant. She is a Nashville native and a graduate of The University of Tennessee. Malorie and her husband Randy have three grown children.
Sherry Andrews – Financial Manager
Sherry is Will’s sister-in-law and is responsible for the financial management of the company. She is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She previously worked in the banking industry in corporate banking after receiving an MBA, specializing in finance, from The University of Georgia. Sherry and Will’s brother, Dan, have two daughters, Sarah and Margaret.
Daryl Wright – Senior Construction Manager
Daryl has worked with Will for over 25 years. After serving in numerous capacities, Daryl now serves as senior construction manager and head of construction. Daryl has a wide array of construction experience ranging from small residential to high rise condominium development. Knowledge and experience help Daryl organize and manage day-to-day field operations, as well as assist the other superintendents with their projects and any problems which may arise.
Daryl grew up in Vermont and moved to Nashville in the early 80′s. He has two grown daughters.
Bill Moore – Construction Manager/Client Services
In addition to selling projects and working closely with the customers on a daily basis, Bill also owns and manages the day-to-day operations of The Maintenance Company. A native of nearby Gallatin, Tennessee, Bill started his own framing company in 1998 and has been in the industry since. He has owned a general contracting company, Sound Construction, and has worked extensively with, and for, WAC throughout the years prior to joining the team.
Bill and his wife V still live in Sumner County and have two young children.
Jamie Napier – Project Superintendent
Jamie is back with the company in 2013, after a previous stint from 2003 through 2010. Prior to leaving briefly to work directly for a customer as their estate’s property manager, Jamie was involved in some of our most complex and challenging projects. In addition to his role as superintendent, Jamie has owned his own home inspection business and also has considerable project management experience, both of which serve him well in better understanding all aspects of the project.
A Nashville native, Jamie and his wife Brooke now live in Franklin. When he’s not at work, Jamie can usually be found on the baseball field with one or more of their four sons.
Donnell has been with the company since 2003. His positive attitude and willingness to take on any task ingratiate him with our customers and make him an invaluable asset to the organization.
